We want you and your loved ones to love your creation. If you are not satisfied for any reason with any qualified* product you purchase (regardless of customization), you have 30 days from the date of delivery to make a return with the following exceptions.

RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. 

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Heyhoneylife for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
